Sales Representative

Stable, growth-oriented, Earth Moving company seeks a self-motivated, proven producer for a Sales Representative. Ideal candidate has experience in theearth moving oil field and construction industry. Our reputation is derived from our quality service, dedication, and commitment to our customers.

Qualifications:

Obtain, through negotiation, bidding or estimating, sufficient business at or above average company margin goals to meet or exceed its financeial targets.
Generate sales by calling existing former clients and prospecting for new clients.
Ability to create, maintain and execute a successful sales plan.
Ability to initiate and control sales processes with new clients.
Project a positive presence in the selling process and negotiations to maximize revenues and gross margins.
Proven time management and organizational skills
Proven sales ability to hit goals and expectations.

Requirements:

Understanding and experience with oilfield service work.
Two (2) plus years of successful sales in a construction industry.
Experience with company estimating Microsoft Excel and Word programs.
General office document management procedures are required.
Expertise in reading drawings and blueprints relevant to excavation and related trades.
Proven hands-on expertise and experience in the areas as it relates to sales lead generation and developing relationships with customers.
