  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualifications
  • Experience in the field of calculation or sales support
  • Thorough and careful work ethic
  • Good communication skills, reliability, and resilience are advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, especially Excel
  • Good knowledge of German

Your Responsibilities

  • You review platforms and bidding portals for suitable tenders in the areas of gardening, landscaping, and winter services
  • You calculate and create concepts and offers in coordination with the department and project management
  • Attend and accompany onsite appointments during inspections
  • You handle general administrative tasks and support the project and department management in their operational work
  • Reviewing tender documents and creating reports
