    Are you ready to take the next steps in your career and lead a team of highly skilled engineers in the semiconductor industry? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you as a Service Manager at IMS Nanofabrication's US Branch.


    About us:
    At IMS Nanofabrication, we are embarking on a journey to bolster our service capabilities in the USA.

    As the Service Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a team of motivated engineers and ensuring the seamless interface with our local customers and our headquarters in Vienna.

    Your contributions as part of the local management team will shape the future success of IMS USA.

    Your Responsibilities:
    Team Lead of Field Service Engineers (40%)
    Manage the Field Service Engineer Team in Santa Clara, CA.
    Supervise and execute the planning and progress of activities of a diverse team of Field Service Engineers.
    Internally align on Service resources according to tool status and customer requests.
    Directly support the team in critical situations and during peak workloads.
    Manage on-call support coverage by the FSE team, ensuring it is aligned and adequate customer support is provided.
    Service & PM Management (30%)
    Provide high quality customer service with the objective to meet and exceed the equipment performance KPI's (tool availability, MTTR, etc.)
    Ensuring IMS HQ defined methodologies and procedures are followed and provide feedback if needed.
    Align with various stakeholders within IMS USA and IMS HQ relating to scheduled maintenances, upgrades, tasks and assignments
    Take ownership in driving special local taskforce teams that handle customer escalations and troubleshooting efforts for challenging incidents.
    Manage the required spare parts for service and maintenance activities Reporting (30%)
    Provide internal status updates and feedback to IMS USA management and IMS operations interfaces.
    Monitor incidents, tool status, ticket completeness, and fab status on a regular basis.
    Ensuring that Customer reports and KPI tracking are available, and that the data is reliable.
    Maintain an excellent customer relationship with the tool owners and other customer stakeholders and hold fab related customer meetings for updates on ongoing and planned service activities

    Your Qualifications:

    5+ years of experience with a minimum of 3 years in Leadership positions
    Position requires a BS degree in an engineering field, management or equivalent experience
    Previous 3-5 years Customer facing work experience required
    Problem-solving, and project\program management experience -strong self-initiative and self-learning capabilities
    Excellent interpersonal skills and Strong integration skills
