    Description

    In the role of lower school classroom teacher, your main tasks will include teaching various subjects such as language arts, math, social studies, and science. As you evaluate group and individual progress, you will tailor lessons to meet each student's unique needs, providing enriching and challenging educational experiences.

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrate a solid understanding of child development.
    • Implement effective teaching practices that empower students to enhance their learning outcomes.
    • Support the school's mission by fostering a love of lifelong learning in each student.
    • Cultivate a classroom environment that is safe, student-centered, rigorous, and promotes self-confidence and integrity.
    • Utilize various assessment methods to track student growth, offer timely feedback, and promote self-assessment.
    • Share your knowledge and experiences with colleagues and students, respecting diverse perspectives.
    • Build professional networks to enhance your learning journey continuously.
    • Engage with families promptly and communicate effectively throughout the academic year.
    • Engage in self-reflection to enhance your teaching practices and explore innovative ideas.
    • Adhere to school policies on punctuality, dress code, and confidentiality, contributing to the school community.
    • Perform other assigned duties.
    • Requirements:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education.
    • Experience as a lead teacher.
    • Certification in Elementary Education.
    • Proficiency in advanced technology skills.
