    Would you like to use your PLC/Controls Engineer background at a growing manufacturing plant in Deland, FL?The Controls Engineer is responsible programming new and current manufacturing equipment.

    This position is part of the Engineering Department and will be located onsite in the Deland, FL manufacturing plant.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    Support existing custom automation equipmentScope and document new and replacement equipmentDetermine innovative solutions to solve challenging problemsThe essential requirements of the job include:Associate or certificate in Controls/PLC, bachelor's degree in electrical engineering3-5 years of experience in the field or in a related areaExperience working with PLCs, electrical design, programming, testing, installation and maintenance of large-scale electronically controlled equipment or machineryStrong troubleshooting skills with automated equipmentKnowledgeable with electrical schematics, control panel design, and wiring skillsIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Experience with logic auto-generation from templatesExperience in automotive, mechanical machine repair, heavy manufacturing, automated equipment, or water/wastewater industriesKnowledge of coding in ABB, Automation Direct, GE Proficy, Yaskawa Motionworks, AB Rockwell, ControlLogix, PLC5, SLC500s and PanelviewPall Corporation, a Danaher company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
