Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team.
The Estimator will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and blueprints to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze project drawings and specifications to create accurate cost estimates
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to determine project scope and requirements
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing for materials, labor, and equipment
- Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Develop project budgets and timelines
- Review contracts and participate in bid meetings
Requirements:
- Proven experience in construction estimating
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to price, build, and contract projects effectively
- Knowledge of cost control principles

Pay:
$60, $70,000.00 per year
