    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer with a minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, specializing in Python and TypeScript.

    The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge and proficiency in these languages, along with a demonstrated track record of delivering robust, scalable, and high-performance software solutions.

    The firm currently manages approximately $10 billion in assets on behalf of investors globally.

    Software Development:
    Design, develop, and maintain sophisticated software systems and applications using Python and TypeScript.

    Technical Leadership:
    Provide technical leadership and guidance to the engineering team, driving best practices, code reviews, and architectural decisions.

    Utilize expertise in alternative investing, particularly in private credit, to inform software design and development processes, ensuring alignment with industry standards and requirements.


    Collaboration:

    Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product management, design, and quality assurance to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet business objectives.

    Continuously explore and evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into the development process where applicable to enhance product capabilities and performance.


    Mentorship:

    Mentor junior engineers, fostering their growth and development by sharing knowledge, providing feedback, and promoting a culture of learning and collaboration.

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Python and TypeScript.

    Strong expertise in alternative investing, preferably in private credit, with a deep understanding of industry-specific concepts and requirements.

    Proven track record of designing and implementing complex software systems and applications, with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.

    Extensive experience with modern software development practices and tools, including Agile methodologies, version control systems (e.g., Git), and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
