- Design and implement successful marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the business development team to produce promotional materials including proposals, special projects, presentations, newsletters, press releases, etc.
- Create high-quality collateral, ranging from, but not limited to, brochures, flyers, posters, infographics, all both digital and print
- Ensure all marketing efforts serve to achieve immediate and long-term business goals, identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead generation
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success
- Provide market research, forecasts, competitive analyses, campaign results, and consumer trends
- Proven work experience as a Marketing Coordinator or Graphics Design Coordinator
- Show portfolio or work samples
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing tools
- Experience with research methods using data analytics software
- Experience with multi-media platforms
- Solid computer skills, including MS Office, web analytics, InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Canva
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with a high-energy, fast-moving service-based business
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field preferable
