Gisel Camarena

Hello, my name is Gisel Camarena, I am 18 years old and I am a student at Our Lady of the Lake University. I'm a first-year student but it's technically my junior year because I took classes at my local community college when I was in high school. My major is in Marketing because I enjoy looking at trending brands and analyzing what it is that peaks people's interest as well as thinking about how I could recreate that strategy or take away from it. It all started when my boyfriend asked me to take over content creation for his hat brand. I figured out my major and started a new hobby! In my free time, I also like to go on Adobe and try to gain confidence with the apps to possibly start a side hustle making logos, editing, or just designing in general, It's a fun way for me to feel productive without the pressure. Another thing about me is that every day has to be a productive day, and I implement that heavily into my work life, school life, and personal life. I don't like going to bed or just coming home from work and feeling like I did not meet my goal of things to do for the day.
