I’m an HR professional specializing in employee experience and communications. I connect HR, organizational engagement, and enterprise strategy through creative visual communication, impactful storytelling, and design thinking. My work spans cross‑functional consulting, communication planning, creative problem‑solving, and employee enablement.

During my career, I’ve led communication strategies, built visual and multimedia programs, supported organizational transformation, and strengthened culture through clear, human‑centered messaging. I partner with teams across the business to deliver communication solutions that build trust, drive engagement, and support strategic goals.

I also champion corporate social responsibility by connecting employees to meaningful community impact programs.

I hold both a Bachelor of Arts and a Master of Science from the Rochester Institute of Technology, specializing in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, and Publishing. My studies also included an international program at the American College London, where I focused on art history, design, and global perspectives in the graphic arts. I began my academic path with an Associate of Arts in Commercial and Advertising Art from Cazenovia College, building a strong creative and technical foundation that supports my work today.
