    Our client is a premier law firm based in Los Angeles, CA, specializing in family law. Our firm is dedicated to providing compassionate and effective legal representation to individuals facing complex family law issues.

    Job Summary:

    They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Family Law Attorney to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in family law, excellent litigation skills, and a passion for helping clients navigate through challenging family legal matters.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Represent clients in family law matters including divorce, child custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and domestic violence.
    • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on family law issues.
    • Draft, review, and file legal documents such as pleadings, motions, agreements, and orders.
    • Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in family law.
    • Negotiate settlements and advocate for clients in court proceedings.
    • Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.
    • Maintain accurate and organized case files and documentation.
    • Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
    • Active member in good standing with the California State Bar.
    • 2+ years of experience in family law.

    Salaries will be based on candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
