    About the Position:
    Our law firm based in California is currently seeking a highly motivated Associate Attorney to join our team. Specializing in class actions and FEHA cases, you will play a crucial role in shaping the early stages of cases to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients. Working alongside a team of skilled attorneys, this position presents a valuable opportunity to contribute to our firm's success.     Responsibilities:

    • Conducting legal research and case investigations
    • Preparing demand letters and participating in settlement negotiations
    • Maintaining effective communication with clients, opposing parties, and insurance companies
    • Drafting necessary pleadings and motions
    • Evaluating cases to provide clients with strategic legal advice
    • Collaborating with colleagues to meet case objectives

    Qualifications:

    • Active California bar license in good standing and a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience practicing employment law, ideally in a law firm environment
    • Thorough understanding of federal and California employment laws, regulations, and legal processes
    • Excellent negotiation and communication skills
    • Strong research and analytical abilities
    • Attention to detail and organizational skills
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic setting
    • Professionalism and dedication to maintaining client confidentiality
