- Assist the Occupational Therapist in implementing therapy plans and interventions for students with a variety of disabilities.
- Collaborate with the school staff, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide direct therapy services to students, focusing on improving their motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities.
- Monitor and document students' progress, maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and outes.
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input regarding students' therapy goals and progress.
- Valid certification as an Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA).
- Previous experience working with K-12 students is preferred.
- Experience with moderate to severe cases is a plus.
- Strong munication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
