    Job Description: Soliant is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team near Sacramento, CA. This is a full-time position for the entire school year. We prefer candidates with experience working with moderate to severe students and are open to considering Speech Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs).

    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct evaluations and assessments to diagnose and determine the communication disorders of students.
    • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' speech and language needs.
    • Provide direct therapy services to students individually or in small groups, targeting areas such as articulation, language, fluency, and pragmatic skills.
    • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' progress and integrate therapy goals into the educational curriculum.
    • Monitor and document students' progress, maintaining accurate records of therapy sessions and outcomes.
    • Participate in IEP meetings, contributing to the development of students' goals and progress reports.

    Requirements:

    • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
    • Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in California.
    • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
    • Experience working with moderate to severe students is highly desired.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
