    Description


    We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive team and lead our company's financial operations and strategy.

    The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, analytical skills, and leadership capabilities to drive financial performance and growth.


    Responsibilities :
    Develop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with its overall business objectives, ensuring long-term sustainability and growth.
    Oversee all aspects of financial management, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, tax, and treasury functions.

    Provide timely and accurate financial reports, analysis, and insights to senior leadership, board of directors, and other stakeholders to support decision-making and drive operational excellence.

    Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing financial forecasting efforts, identifying risks and opportunities and recommending strategic initiatives to optimize financial performance.

    Manage the company's capital structure, including debt and equity financing, to support growth initiatives, capital investments, and working capital needs.

    Implement and maintain robust financial controls, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safeguard the company's assets.

    Partner with cross-functional teams to evaluate and prioritize investments, strategic initiatives, and business opportunities based on their financial impact and return on investment.

    Assess and manage financial risks, including foreign exchange, interest rate, and market risks, and develop mitigation strategies to protect the company's financial position.

    Build and mentor a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    Serve as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive team on financial matters, contributing to strategic planning, M&A activities, and other key initiatives
