    Job Description

    We are seeking an Operations Assistant to the President of the company.

    This position is part of Operations but you will be assigned to work directly with the President of the company.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create reports for regulatory agencies.
    • Maintain regulatory records for inspection.
    • Maintain scheduling for recycling operations.
    • Communicate with field technicians that are assigned to the President of the company.

    Qualifications:

    • Previous experience in office administration or other related fields.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills.

    Skill Set:

    • Bi-lingual preferred (Fluent Spanish).
    • Familiarity with Google Calendar.
    • Proficiency with Excel.
    • Ability to prioritize and multitask
    • Strong attention to detail.

    Schedule:

    • Monday - Friday.
    • 8 A.M. - 5 P.M. (This includes 1 hour O.T. per day)
    • Extra overtime available.
    • Payday is every Friday.

    Location:

    • On site.
    • 37-30 Review Ave., LIC, NY 11101
