Job: Accounts Receivable Specialist

Pro-Vigil is the nation's fastest growing provider of remote video monitoring with a mission to

disrupt the traditional security industry with innovation through automated remote surveillance

services. A private equity backed organization with global operations, Pro-Vigil provides peace

of mind to thousands of customers across the U.S. We are looking for an Accounts Receivable

Specialist to support the business growing A/R needs.

Areas of Responsibility

● Responsible for updating, maintaining and adding customer information in Salesforce

and Netsuite.

● Resolving and responding to customer billing inquiries

● Assisting in the management and timely resolution of the company's A/R ticket queue

● Customer outreach for billing setup, onboarding, and account detail confirmation

● Auditing new customer accounts and billing accuracy

● Must communicate and follow up effectively with internal departments regarding

customer accounts on a timely basis.

● Provide process improvement ideas and feedback to management.

● Perform other related duties as assigned.

Desired Skills

● 2 years Accounts Receivable experience

● Self-motivated and eager to learn

● Can do attitude with proactive approach toward tackling projects that advance the

organization and/or department

● Ability to work well and operate within a team environment

● Must have excellent communication skills to communicate both verbally and in writing

with management

● Must have demonstrated ability to work effectively with all levels of management;

exercising discretion and independent judgment while performing duties with limited

supervision.

● Intermediate Excel experience: V-look ups and Pivot tables are a plus

Experience with Salesforce (CRM), Netsuite (ERP), and/or Zendesk (ticketing system) a

plus

● Outgoing and extroverted personalities are ideal for this role

Supervisory Responsibility

This role will not have direct reports or supervisory responsibility.

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office

equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
