- Manage all Front of House positions, including scheduling, developing, and coaching associates, motivating the team, and continuing to drive sales.

- Utilize POS system to accurately charge customers, track revenue reports and ensure timeliness of food and beverage.

- Perform daily inspection of restaurant for readiness according to standards.
- Perform regular inspections of all areas to direct work. Emphasis to be on sanitation and cleanliness.
- Maintain safety by adhering to stated safety policies and handling guest and associates accidents.
- Be aware of the budget and continuously work towards achieving budgeted goals.
- Keep storerooms in a state of readiness, cleanliness, and tidiness.
- Schedule dining room personnel with forecasted business ensuring that staffing is adequate.
- Promote and maintain good associate relations between service kitchen and dining room.
- Lead efforts in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of associates.
- Handle administrative tasks such as: facilitation of payroll, reports, inventory, and budget for the restaurant.
- Basic business math and accounting skills.
- Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
- High school diploma.
- Minimum two years' experience in a Food and Beverage leadership position.
- Ability to communicate in the English language. Second language is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including holidays and weekends.
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling, cleaning techniques and use of equipment, machinery.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, be physically fit in order to lift, pull and push items up to 50 pounds.
- Requires standing/walking/reaching and bending throughout shift.

The Food & Beverage Manager supervises daily restaurant operations and assists with menu planning, maintains sanitation standards, and assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods. He/she strives to continually improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance in areas of responsibility.
