Your responsibilities include:

Dispatching timecritical special and direct shipments, as well as air freight replacement traffic
Processing transport orders
Working with the team to develop tailored transport solutions
Handling complaints
Consulting, supporting, and communicating with our customers
Procuring return loads
Monitoring transports based on time and quality criteria
Creating quotes and calculating prices
Being the point of contact for customers and carriers

What you bring to the table:

Successfully completed commercial training preferred
Excellent communication skills and high customer orientation
Negotiation skills and cost awareness
Teamwork
Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage
Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Independent and reliable work ethic
