YOUR TASKS:

You are responsible for the preparation and creation of operating and heating cost statements
You conduct quality controls and plausibility checks
You handle the systematic input and maintenance of billingrelated master data
You are responsible for checking the chargeability of individual cost items
You handle customer inquiries regarding billingrelated topics via telephone and email
You handle the evaluation and processing of possible objections from tenants and property management companies

OUR PERFECT MATCH:

You have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship, ideally with a focus on the housing industry
You have extensive expertise in operating cost accounting
You have good MS Office skills, especially in Excel, and a good understanding of numbers
You have a strong customer service orientation and communication skills
You have a careful and independent work style
You are fluent in German
