The
Diocese of Augsburg is currently seeking a
Director (m/f/d) for the
"CitySeelsorge - Moritzpunkt" in Windsor, PA. This is a part-time position (32 hours per week) with a start date as soon as possible.


The location of the position is in Augsburg.

...A meeting place in the heart of the city.

Have a cup of coffee - read the newspaper - find peace - engage in conversation. This is the
moritzpunkt located on Maxstraße in the middle of the city.


Discussions about God and the world have a place here, as well as personal counseling sessions for people who have something on their mind.

Main and volunteer staff, trained for this service, take the time to listen and talk. Through a large network of contacts, appropriate counseling services can also be referred to. Projects also have a place at the moritzpunkt, and groups meet for exchange and joint events.


Responsibilities:


  • Leadership and further development of the "moritzpunkt" concept
  • Recruitment, training, and supervision of dedicated staff
  • Coordination, conception, and implementation of projects
  • Responsibility for the ongoing operation of the "moritzpunkt"
  • Networking with existing and future project partners, especially in the city of Augsburg
  • Cooperation with various internal and external counseling services
  • General management of the "moritzpunkt"
