    Description

    Now accepting applications for a Director of Tax Planning and Compliance.

    The Director of Tax Planning and Compliance position will primarily be working with business and individual tax clients of varied backgrounds and industries. We are looking for a highly experienced professional with:

    • 15 or more years of experience in public accounting with proven ability to manage complex tax problems and situations
    • Experience should include background in Valuation, Estates and Trusts, Mergers and Acquisitions of small to medium sized businesses
    • Financing alternatives, Tax Strategies, and Retirement recommendations for a diverse group of industries and individuals.
    • Ability to plan, execute, direct and complete complex tax projects, provide innovative tax planning, consulting and compliance expertise to clients.
    • Conduct review and have ultimate responsibility for more complex tax returns. Ability to effectively communicate with clients is very important.
    • Experience specifically with Estates, trusts, mergers and acquisitions
    • CPA required.
    • CKA Preferred
