Nevada County Community Development Agency is seeking an experienced Senior Administrative Analyst to focus on recreation and climate related programs and projects in addition to other assignments. This is an advanced-level position where individuals, with little direct supervision, provide technical assistance with fiscal, program, and policy issues. Furthermore, individuals are expected to be knowledgeable in and be able to perform the full range of analytical duties in the office as required.

Education and Experience Required
Bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, economics, or a related field from an accredited college or university, and a minimum of three years of experience comparable to Nevada County's classification of Administrative Analyst II, which includes a broad range of analytical assignments. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted based on two years of experience for each year of education for up to two years of the required education.

Retirement
The County is a member of the CalPERS retirement system and provides the opportunity for voluntary contributions to a 457 deferred compensation account through Nationwide by way of pre-tax and Roth payroll deductions.
