- Conduct and review analytical studies and surveys in difficult or complex situations; formulate procedures, policies, and program alternatives; make recommendations on administrative and program-related topics.
- Plan, prioritize, assign, supervise, and review work of assigned staff.
- Develop implementation plans for new program requirements.
- Recommend and assist in the implementation of goals and objectives; establish schedules and methods for administrative functions; implement policies and procedures.
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and respond to inquiries; maintain files and records as needed.
- Represent the department at meetings and participate in various boards and committees.
- Design and recommend systems, procedures, forms, and instructions for internal use.
- Three years of detailed analysis experience with one year at the Journey level.
- Bachelor's degree in public or business administration, government, political, or social science.
- Valid driver's license may be required.
- Length of Probation: Twelve (12) calendar months or two thousand eighty (2,080) hours.
- Bargaining Unit: Professional
- Condition of Employment includes a fingerprint test, medical examination, and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal right to work in the U.S.
