    Description

    Overview:

    Based in Northern, VA, Axiologic Solutions LLC has opportunities for you to become part of our high-quality team that delivers innovative solutions to key federal clients. We are currently seeking an Executive Project Manager to support the client's Chief Information Officer (CIO) Information Technology (IT) Refresh Program Management Office (PMO) with policy, process improvement, and replacement of legacy IT hardware. The candidate must have excellent written and oral communications. The candidate must also: possess the ability to think critically, creatively, and strategically; have excellent judgment with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

    Responsibilities:

    • Manage projects and lead teams without customer supervision.
    • Work with stakeholders to Initiate projects, define scope, and determine desired outcomes.
    • Draft/Implement project plan, scope, resources required, cost, risk, and schedule.
    • Monitor/Track/Report project progress; adjust mitigate risks and sustain quality results. Produce spreadsheets and slides to document status.
    • Close out projects upon completion, documenting deliverables and lessons learned.
    • Develop policy, write concept of operations/business process documents, and SOPs to include business process flow diagrams.
    • Lead or facilitate meetings with customers and IT service providers.
    • Work with IT service owners to develop an annual, consolidated IT Refresh Plan forecasting refresh requirements for current plus out years.
    • Submit/document Project and taskers into Service Central.
    • Provide acquisition documents as required to include Market Survey, Independent Government Cost Estimate, Justification and Approval, and Unforeseen Requirements.
    • Provide senior-level project management and planning support for multiple CIO IT refresh efforts.
    • Lead and provide guidance to implementation teams at U.S. sites worldwide.
    • Submit requests for and track the transport of IT hardware to U.S. sites worldwide.
    • Coordinate with other CIO IT service providers and/or users to facilitate successful IT Refresh efforts.
    • Provide weekly activity report and situational awareness report to reflect updates to the IT Refresh Program Manager, higher leadership, and other key stakeholders.
    • Other tasks as required.

    Qualifications:

    • Must have an active/current TS/SCI and be able to pass a CI Poly.
    • A bachelor's degree or equivalent training and/ or experience with a master's degree or advanced training in management consulting.
    • Minimum of 12 years of experience with at least 10 of those years in project management consulting in Department of Defense (DoD) and/or the Intelligence Community (IC).
    • Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
    • Working knowledge of MS Office products such as Word, Excel, Project, SharePoint, Visio.
    • Strong customer service orientation.
    • Excellent creative problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent listening, interpersonal, written and oral communications.
    • Ability to think critically, creatively, and strategically in a dynamic work environment.
    • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure.

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Service Central or ServiceNow experience.
    • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification

    Travel Requirements:

    ·Travel may be required within Washington National Capital Region (NCR) on an as-needed basis for customer or corporate requirements.

    Level of Responsibility:

    ·Work includes the exercise of discretion and independent judgment concerning matters of administrative/operational needs.

    ·The additional Task Order Lead duties consist of managing the work and resources to implement the Task Order Statement of Work.

    Reporting Chain:

    ·This position reports directly to Axiologic Solutions' assigned Task Order Lead

    Level of Supervision Required:

    ·The supervisor sets the overall objectives and resources available. The employee plans and carries out the assignment, resolves most of the conflicts, coordinates work with others and interpret policy on own initiative. The employee keeps the supervisor informed of progress, potentially controversial matters, or far-reaching implications.

    Work Environment:

    This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

    ·While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate within a team environment.

    ·Ability to type, sitting or standing, to complete work functions for hours at a time; ability to move between sitting, standing, and walking on a frequent basis.

    ·This is a full-time position, requiring 40 hours per week on site, Monday through Friday, within the contract hours of 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
