    Microsoft's combined security information and event management (SIEM) and extended detection and response (XDR) solution enables SecOps teams to detect, investigate, respond to, and defend againstcyberthreats with a fully integrated and comprehensive set of capabilities—including SIEM, security orchestration, automation, and response (SOAR), behavioral analytics (UEBA), XDR, and globalcyberthreat intelligence.     • Work closely with product, engineering, security research and marketing teams throughout the product development lifecycle to deliver best-in-class experiences.
    • Develop product backlogs, drive execution to results and manage outcomes.
    • Work with customers to help direct product roadmap, improve customer experience and drive our business.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies.
    • Communicate clearly about projects, risks, and accomplishments on behalf of the team to internal and external stakeholders.
    Qualifications Required/Minimum Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
      • OR equivalent experience.
    • Experience with delivering enterprise software products/services to market.
    Additional Or Preferred Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree AND 7+ years experience in product/service/project/program management or software development
      • OR equivalent experience.
    • Able to tackle and solve ambiguous challenges and create clarity on the solution.
    • Customer empathy and ability to identify customer needs.
    • Collaboration and partnership skills, with proven ability to drive for results across teams.
    • Technical and technological understanding.
    • Communication, and presentation skills.
    • Experience in cybersecurity.
    • Team player, confident, and independent.
    • Passion for solving hard problems at scale.
    Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $112,000 - $218,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $145,800 - $238,600 per year.
