    HR Supplies is a manufacturer/ distributor of hemp and alternative products. We are looking for a highly motivated, high energy individual, looking to grow their career in an explosive industry.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time hybrid role located in Orlando, FL with flexibility for remote work. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for inside sales, lead generation, and business development activities. The role involves actively contacting and qualifying leads, setting up product demonstrations and sales meetings with prospects, and managing the sales pipeline from initial contact to close. Additionally, the Sales Development Representative will be responsible for maintaining detailed records of all interactions with prospects and customers in the company's CRM system.

    Qualifications

    • Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
    • Excellent Communication and Sales skills
    • Proven success in identifying and qualifying prospects and closing deals
    • Experience with Business Development and Sales Pipeline Management
    • Ability to work independently and remotely
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field is preferred but not required
