    The Role:

    As a Sales Representative, you will drive effective sales initiatives in your designated area. Your main responsibilities will include acquiring new customers, advising them on service offerings, and introducing new services.

    Responsibilities and Expectations:

    • Develop a list of prospective customers and execute appropriate sales strategies
    • Build lasting relationships with customers and provide personalized recommendations
    • Collaborate with technical specialists to develop proposals for complex customer needs
    • Present proposals and maintain customer relations
    • Stay informed about market competition and bid situations
    • Leverage IPS expertise to address customer inquiries and optimize strategies

    Qualifications and Competencies:

    • Experience or keen interest in the rotating equipment industry
    • Willingness to travel
    • Strong analytical and reasoning skills
    • Highly detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
    • Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
    • Effective time management and organizational skills
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Demonstrated emotional intelligence and resilience
    • Understanding of MRP System Experience
