    As we continue to grow, we are seeking a creative and organized Marketing Assistant with a keen eye for detail to support our cutting-edge marketing efforts In this innovative and multi-dimensional role, you will provide essential support to our Senior Marketing Manager as a blend of administrative, creative, and writing tasks such as content creation, graphic design, social media management, copy editing, proofreading, and other marketing-related activities.

    This role offers you the chance to be at the core of our marketing department, where you will gain experience in all facets of marketing, advertising, and branding.

    You will make a big impact by creating beautiful, modern, and authentic content for our digital, video, social media and web-based platformsWe are looking for someone upbeat, forward-thinking, creative, well-organized, and polished.

    The ideal candidate for this role will bring a mix of creative vision and practical skills, including graphic design, content creation, copy editing and technological fluency.

    Pay Range:
    $50, 000 - $55, 000 DOEResponsibilities:Craft compelling marketing graphics for a range of digital, print and online media platformsCreate, modify and adapt digital and web marketing content to integrate and align with various social media and web platformsDevelop engaging and informative branding materials, such as flyers, and brochures that reflect BTQ s brand and vision Contribute to the company s digital newsletter to keep audiences informed and engagedEnsure all content is polished and ready for publishing by copy editing and proofreading for grammar, spelling, language, and consistent branding/tone across all frontsPrepare and submit applications for local, regional and national awards to boost BTQ s visibility and standing within the industryPerform social media and paid advertising tasks on a daily basisOrganize and maintain a library of marketing files such as images and videos for easy accessibilityKeep all marketing materials up-to-date and organized in SharepointManage marketing projects by organizing tasks, monitoring progress, and tracking deadlines with ClickUpTake notes and summarize management and strategy meetings for clear communication and follow-upAssist in planning and executing company events, trade shows and other marketing-related activities, as neededAssist the Senior Marketing Manager with any other related marketing administrative duties Requirements:Bachelor s degree in a related field1+ Year(s) of experience in copywriting or graphic design/marketing content creationProficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and CapCutStrong command of written English, including grammar, spelling and punctuationOutstanding organizational and planning skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively and adapt to changing prioritiesExcellent communication skills, with a focus on clarity and concisenessExperience in using and managing social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, etc.
