- 5 years of verifiable experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with traditional and Agile project management methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous.
