We are an inspiring leader in disability services that wants to make a real difference in people's livesThe purpose of this position is to supervise the daily operation of two Life Enrichment programs located at the Fridley Community Center and a program at the Lenox Community Center in St.
These programs provide life enrichment opportunities for people with medical, physical and cognitive challenges.Supervision, support and evaluation of activities including oversight of staff.
Instruction and assistance to staff in implementing outcomes.
Coordinates and provides staff backup supports to assure continuity of services.
Assures performance of service team meets CARF regulatory standards.
Maintains excellent communication with all Rise staff, and members of participants interdisciplinary team.
A degree in a human service related field and experience providing direct service to individuals with significant disabilities, preferably in a DTH setting.
~ Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, etc.) and interest to learn and become proficient in case management software system (Care Director).~ Current, valid driver's license and driving record that demonstrates safe, legal driving habits.
Medical insurance - single employee coverage less than $90/month
