    Preferred Qualifications

    Role Purpose

    Ensure optimal patient care and safety within the assigned service while fostering collaboration with attending physicians and nursing staff. Maintain effective communication with staff, patients, and families.

    Responsibilities

    • Oversee medical care for designated patients
    • Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
    • Conduct and document patient histories and physicals as per hospital regulations
    • Supervise and educate medical students and residents on service duties, addressing their learning requirements

    Minimum Requirements

    Education

    • Doctorate in Medicine

    Experience

    • 2-5 years of experience

    Supervisor Experience

    • No prior supervisory experience required

    Licenses & Certifications

    • Active Physician License
