Description
Verona is seeking a Client Services Engineer to join our global team.

We are a leading provider of a trading platform for the Foreign Exchange (FX) market, offering web-based technology for over-the-counter instruments, integration solutions, and related services.

As a member of our Technical Client Advisory Services Team, you will report directly to the Head of Technical Client Advisory Services.


As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing first and second level support to multiple enterprise accounts.

Your responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and building long-term relationships.

You will work in a dynamic environment, handling a diverse range of tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing excellent service to both new and existing customers
  • Cultivating and maintaining relationships with key intermediaries of clients
  • Resolving technical issues and business workflow challenges during initial client interactions
  • Assisting clients in identifying hardware infrastructure issues
  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and resolve software bugs
  • Managing the escalation process for incidents that require additional attention
  • Investigating and resolving trading problems
  • Conducting regression testing across our platform's full range of products and features
  • Assisting account managers and clients with the "go live" process, addressing connectivity and technical issues with our Javabased client software
  • Staying updated on the latest developments in our products and services and sharing knowledge within the team

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably
