About us:
You will support the facility management in planning and implementing annual or regular maintenance and inspection work. You will initiate the analysis and resolution of technical malfunctions.

You will be responsible for regularly checking operating parameters (hygiene parameters, indoor air quality, media) and comparing them with the building control system.

You will support optimization processes for building and process technology systems.

You will be responsible for planning tours in your area and coordinating the personnel and technical equipment for the mobile technical service.

You will either be responsible for training and instructing the technical service and pool staff, or supporting them in a technical capacity.

You will work closely with the pool management to coordinate seasonal shutdowns and start-ups of building and process technology systems.

You will assist the facility management in tracking warranty claims by recording and documenting defects and monitoring their resolution.
