To support our team at our
Town of Pines location, we are currently seeking a
Commercial Clerk for Accounting (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Systeex Brandschutzsysteme GmbH is a medium-sized company headquartered in Hanau. With the Systeex brand, we are among the top 5 in our industry in fire protection. We have over 20 locations throughout Germany, including our own pipe prefabrication facility in Elmenhorst. Our group of companies includes five subsidiaries with a total of around 700 employees.

Systeex manufactures and installs sprinkler, spray water extinguishing, high-pressure water mist, special extinguishing, and fire alarm systems.

Our extensive range of services also includes individual fire protection concepts as well as maintenance and repair of all systems.


Your contribution to our joint success:

  • Preparation and provision of payment runs in Datev
  • Booking and processing of creditor invoices (digital and paper) in Datev
  • Participation in annual and monthly closing
  • Booking of productive hours in Datev
  • Booking of bank statements, cash, and other account transactions

Your qualifications:


  • Completed vocational training or a comparable qualification
  • Experience in accounting required, Datev knowledge is desirable
  • Solid MS Office skills (especially Word and Excel)
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Resilience, team spirit, commitment, and a friendly demeanor
  • Independence and sense of responsibility
