As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will handle calls, emails, and messages and serve as Treatwell's point of contact for customers and salon partners.
You work efficiently, can multitask, maintain a positive attitude in every interaction, and provide friendly service.
You will work Monday to Friday, either part-time or full-time.
Your responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service in every communication
- Use tools such as Zendesk and Salesforce to stay uptodate and inform the team about your communication
- Solve any issues to enable productive conversations with our customers and partners
- Handle a large volume of inquiries with ease and confidence
- Not only provide support to our customers, but also have the opportunity to develop your business skills by advising and supporting our salon partners in growing their business
About you:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English any additional languages are a plus
- Attention to detail while working at a fast pace
- Good organizational skills to structure your day and achieve goals
- Positive attitude with the motivation to take proactive responsibility for your work
- Enjoy working with people
