As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will handle calls, emails, and messages and serve as Treatwell's point of contact for customers and salon partners.

As an expert on all things Treatwell, you will be able to answer a variety of questions.

You work efficiently, can multitask, maintain a positive attitude in every interaction, and provide friendly service.

You will work Monday to Friday, either part-time or full-time.


Your responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer service in every communication
  • Use tools such as Zendesk and Salesforce to stay uptodate and inform the team about your communication
  • Solve any issues to enable productive conversations with our customers and partners
  • Handle a large volume of inquiries with ease and confidence
  • Not only provide support to our customers, but also have the opportunity to develop your business skills by advising and supporting our salon partners in growing their business

About you:


  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in German and English any additional languages are a plus
  • Attention to detail while working at a fast pace
  • Good organizational skills to structure your day and achieve goals
  • Positive attitude with the motivation to take proactive responsibility for your work
  • Enjoy working with people
