    Executive Personal Assistant to CEO – Music Artist Management Agency

    The CEO of an artist management agency based in Nashville, TN is seeking an organized, proactive and dependable EA/PA who loves to be in a support role.

    Salary commensurate with experience: $70-80k range (flex for more experience) + bonus, fully paid benefits, 401k match and flexible PTO

    The role is located in Nashville, TN in office Monday – Friday. Must be willing to travel. Hours around 9:30am-6pm

    Responsibilities include:

    • Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas and take notes during meetings.
    • Coordinate both business and personal travel and manage expenses.
    • Liaise with staff, clients, and other industry executives on a professional level.
    • Sort and screen emails and manage inbox – respond to CEO's emails accordingly.
    • Keep executive organized and on-track. Improve efficiency of current office structure and implement new processes to streamline executive's day-to-day business.
    • Assist executive with personal tasks as needed (around 30% of the role) and take on ad hoc projects.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • 1-2 years of experience managing daily schedules and travel for executives (experience in the music business preferred)
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Comfortable and confident in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
    • Can maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize while working on multiple projects.
    • Maintain strong level of detail while handling a high-volume workload.
    • Efficient in time management with High emotional intelligence and deductive reasoning skills.
    • Past experience with Microsoft Office required (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.).
