- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and areas of need.
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and interventions.
- Provide counseling and therapeutic interventions to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss student progress and develop intervention strategies.
- Support school-wide initiatives aimed at promoting positive school climate and mental health awareness.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments, interventions, and progress notes.
- Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology or related field.
- Valid licensure as a School Psychologist in the state of Oklahoma.
- At least one year of recent experience working in a school-based setting.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in special education and school psychology.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
