The St. Raphael Caritas Alten- und Behindertenhilfe is one of the largest social service providers in northern Rhineland-Palatinate.

In our non-profit organization, over employees are committed to 40 locations in the districts of Ahrweiler, Bernkastel-Wittlich, Cochem-Zell and Mayen-Koblenz.

For our service center in Mendig, we are looking for a Personnel Officer (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.

Your tasks:
You handle all administrative personnel matters in your area. You independently create salary statements for a defined area. You create service contracts and amendment contracts according to specifications. You participate in evaluations and the creation of statistics. You work together with the central payroll department.

Your profile:
You have completed training in the commercial sector, e.g. as a healthcare clerk, office manager, office communication specialist, office clerk (m/f/d).

Ideally, you have completed further training as a personnel specialist (m/f/d) and have at least some professional experience in personnel management.

You have knowledge in the areas of social security, tax, labor law and salary accounting. You are reliable, a team player and have strong communication skills. You are characterized by a structured and independent way of working.
