- Account Development & Management
Spearhead account planning and growth initiatives to drive long-term expansion as part of the business development leadership team in collaboration with field leaders to enhance and broaden IRC's services.
- Strategy
Collaborate with hospital key figures and internal operational leaders to comprehend the healthcare landscape, analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and threats, and devise plans to achieve IRC's revenue and presence objectives. Educate internally for alignment.
- Transactions
Originate, cultivate, and negotiate intricate renal partnerships with hospitals, such as medical director agreements, management service contracts, acute agreements, purchase agreements, operational agreements, and hospital service agreements.
- Collaboration
Lead cross-functional teams as the primary connection between hospital systems, fostering strong relationships with external and internal stakeholders from various departments like operations, finance, legal, human resources, marketing, and more.
- Partner Relationships
Establish and maintain executive relationships with hospitals, systems, and stakeholders, aid in selecting partners for strategic opportunities, and engage with potential partners to expand services in specific regions.
- Communication
Showcase robust communication skills and a profound understanding of IRC operations and clinical services to develop growth strategies and meet set objectives.
- Bachelor's degree required in a related field. Preferably, an MBA, MPH, or relevant graduate degree.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the healthcare sector focusing on dialysis, health systems, payors, or providers. Alternate experience like management consulting, private equity, investment banking, or pharmaceutical/device industry will be considered.
- Demonstrated knowledge of industry dynamics, strategic planning, and execution proficiency.

Description
Based on business requirements, this role may involve supervising certain positions within the business development sector. Responsibilities may include coordinating work schedules, conducting interviews, training new staff, and managing performance evaluations.
This is a full-time position. Work hours are Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Travel is anticipated for this role, both locally and overnight.
