    Job Description

    An employer for a dental insurance company is looking for a level one service desk technician. They will be providing remote support to approximately 1200 internal employees.

    They will be responsible for answering phones and resolving level one IT issues delivering high first call resolution and escalating if needed.

    They will be utilizing Freshservice for any ticketing and participating in basic troubleshooting/support related issues while working in a Windows environment.

    Must be comfortable working 8AM-5PM EST.

    Skills and Requirements

    0- 2 years of experience in a Service Desk role

    Strong general IT knowledge

    Experience working in a Windows environment

    Experience with ticketing systems (Freshservice preferred, not required)

    Strong communication/customer service skills null
