Responsibilities

  • Correspondence with clients in German and English
  • Preparation and submission of patent applications (EP, PCT, Euro-PCT)
  • Instructing foreign correspondents to file national phases
  • Validation of European patents
  • Deadline management
Qualifications

  • Completed training as a patent paralegal (or equivalent qualification)
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English
  • Previous work experience preferred
  • Open and friendly personality
