Your responsibilities

  • In parttime, you will support a newly established team in the initial processing and later on in more complex postprocessing of fraud and complaint cases.
  • You will adhere to the regulations of the banks, which are written in English.
  • Correspondence with cardholders (mostly written) is part of your tasks, as well as initiating necessary chargebacks.
  • You will support the department and the team flexibly depending on the current tasks.
  • In this role, you will work closely with credit card companies.
  • In addition, you will support in processing inquiries from domestic and foreign investigative authorities, as needed.
Your profile

  • You are available in Munich for 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday in the morning, for example from 812 or 91
  • You have completed a degree (preferably in the financial sector, such as banking or insurance) or a similar qualification.
  • You have gained initial experience in administrative work or as an office assistant.
  • You are proficient in working with MS Office applications and have the ability to work in multiple programs simultaneously.
  • You have a quick grasp, a structured way of working, and a high willingness to learn.
  • You speak and write German fluently (C1).
  • You have no problem with more complex English texts (B2).
