About Us

As part of AGAPLESION ELISABETHENSTIFT gGmbH, the Evangelical Hospital in Darmstadt is an acute care hospital with 419 beds and, in addition to the central anesthesia and operating department, has clinics for internal medicine, general and visceral surgery, orthopedics/traumatology and sports medicine, psychiatry, psychosomatics and psychotherapy, a bowel center, a center for palliative medicine, and a clinic for geriatric medicine.

It also has an interdisciplinary intensive care unit and a department for radiological diagnostics.

As part of a succession plan, we are looking for an innovative and responsible individual who enjoys working with high commitment to shape and further develop nursing in line with the clinic's cross-sectoral development tracks in collaboration with the second department management, the director of nursing, and the chief physician of the clinic.

Your responsibilities with us include:

Staff planning and organization
Leading and managing the assigned wards in collaboration with the respective ward managers
Staff development
Quality development
Participation in the multiprofessional management team of the clinic
Networking within the framework of intersectoral care and collaboration with other departments
