    Description

    Summary:

    We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Store Manager to lead our team at our [Store Location] location. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement store strategies to increase customer traffic, profitability, and achieve sales goals.
    • Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales associates to ensure they deliver exceptional customer service.
    • Recruit, interview, hire, train, and schedule employees.
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to staff.
    • Manage store inventory, including ordering, stocking, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.
    • Oversee store operations to ensure a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment.
    • Develop and implement marketing and promotional activities for the store.
    • Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions.
    • Manage store budget and meet financial targets.
    • Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures.
    • Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain positive customer relationships.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in retail management.
    • Proven track record of success in achieving sales goals and exceeding customer service expectations.
    • Strong leadership and coaching skills.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
    • A strong understanding of retail operations and inventory management.
    • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
