    Description


    Fast track to CFOCompetitive compensationAbout Our ClientMy client operates a private credit hedge fund and an advisory business focused on specialty and esoteric finance opportunities.

    Job DescriptionManage the books and records of the various entities to include bookkeeping, reconciliation, reporting, and financial statement preparation.

    Manage the day-to-day treasury functions of the firm including accounts payable, receivables, funding for capital calls, cash flow management, and strategic liquidity analysis.

    Work closely with service providers to include the fund administrator in preparing monthly NAV, financial statements, and valuation work.
    Manage and coordinate with outside auditors and tax preparers.
    Lead the review of income tax projects and returns, tax compliance and reporting, and other tax matters.

    The Successful ApplicantCPA requiredBachelor's degree in Accounting or Tax. Masters degree preferred6+ years of relevant work experience in public accounting, investment management, capital markets, related fields.
    Prior structured finance and credit product experience required.
    Deep experience with SAGE Intacct and loan portfolio accounting.
