    Description
    1. Preparation of Quarterly and Annual Reports for assigned Funds and related entities.
    2. Recording transactional activity in the general ledger, reconciling accounts, and preparing workpapers.
    3. Supporting Treasury functions including cash management, wire transfers, credit facilities, and monitoring portfolio company collections.
    4. Assisting in Capital Management process, including calculation of capital calls and distribution allocations.
    5. Performance measurement, calculating IRRs, investment multiples, and time-weighted returns.
    6. Preparation of periodic investor supplemental reports.
    7. Working with the Tax team on blocker tax payment calculations and compliance monitoring.

    Company Requirements:Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA or CPA qualified).
    • 4-8 years of Big 4 public accounting experience, with a significant focus on Private Equity or Real Estate sectors.

    • Strong technical accounting knowledge, particularly in Private Equity.
    • Leadership skills with experience managing teams.
    • Drive for continuous improvement and identifying process efficiencies.
    • Ability to understand big-picture issues and willingness to be hands-on.
    • Excellent communication skills to interact confidently with senior team members.
    • Desire to work collaboratively and support common goals.
    • Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
    • Ambitious and able to handle pressure and deadlines, with a willingness to assume additional responsibilities over time.
