- Request contracts from vendors.
- Request and update renewal contracts for those due to expire.
- Follow up with vendors regarding rebate contract requests.
- Upload rebate contracts with attention to detail.
- Register end users with the vendor and within our S2K system.
- Review Network notices of contract changes and renewals for assigned vendors.
- Review Buyers Edge contract changes and renewals for assigned vendors.
- Review reports to maximize rebate dollars
- Review reports for missing or incorrect rebate costs and making the proper adjustments
- Reconce rebate denial reports and making the proper adjustments
- A College Degree
- 1-3 years of similar work experience
- Basic math skills
- Microsoft office experience, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables)

The Contracts Analyst will manage and upload rebate contracts, request rebate contracts from vendors, and respond to emails in a timely fashion.
