- Conduct thorough investigations into employee complaints and relations issues, ensuring fairness and accuracy.
- Provide HR guidance to site leaders, ensuring alignment with company policies and procedures.
- Foster a customer-focused and engaged workforce through proactive HR support.
- Analyze turnover and retention metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with Learning & Development Team on development plans for Front-line Team Members.
- Resolve employee relations issues and stay up-to-date on legal requirements.
- Offer performance management guidance and support to front line leaders.
- Collaborate with Managers and Team Members to enhance work relationships and productivity.
- Support HR policy interpretation for all staff members.
- Engage with key customer base to support customer retention and business development.
- Identify and mitigate corporate risks related to employment laws and policies.
- Maintain confidentiality on sensitive information and adhere to legal standards.
- Perform assigned duties effectively.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years experience in HR Generalist or HR Business Partner role.
- Minimum 3 years experience in investigations.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish (verbal and written).
- Experience with large hourly and distributed workforce preferred.
- Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
- Proficiency in relevant software applications.
- Understanding of performance management and HRIS software.
- Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion practices.

Field HR Business Partner
We are on the lookout for a vibrant and flexible HR Generalist with at least 5 years of experience and a proven track record in conducting thorough investigations and handling labor relations. In this role, you will provide on-site HR support to multiple locations, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and offering guidance to site leaders on performance management, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will excel in building positive work relationships, promoting inclusion, and fostering engagement. Fluency in English and Spanish is a must to effectively communicate with our diverse workforce.
