Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Legal Counsel . The Legal Counsel will be responsible for providing legal advice and support to Company on a variety of matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, contract negotiation, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on a wide range of legal issues.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
Assist with corporate governance matters, including entity formation, board meetings, and shareholder communications.
Monitor and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Manage and coordinate outside counsel as needed.
Assist with litigation management and dispute resolution.
Stay informed about changes in the law that may affect the company and its operations.

Qualifications:

Degree from an accredited law school.
years of experience practicing law, preferably in a corporate or in-house setting.
Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
